Dedicated to finding a cure for Multiple Myeloma, also known as
myeloma or plasma cell myeloma, a cancer of the plasma cells (a
type of white blood cell) in the bone marrow. Founded in 1990,
the IMF has a positive and expansive outreach to more than
100,000 people in 64 countries around the world. Offers
educational patient seminars, clinical conferences, scientific
workshops, grant programs, patient and family support groups as
well as cutting-edge treatment research.
